Why are people changing themselves to fit in on tumblr?

Tumblr is supposed to be about so called originality and different styles, but lately all i see is a lot of the same shit. And everyone hates on each other and puts each other down still when they don’t “fit in”, but then you all wanna talk about freedom of expression and originality.
